wd - enable/disable/trigger the watchdog

Usage
^^^^^
``wd [TIME]``

Synopsis
^^^^^^^^
Enable the watchdog to bark in TIME seconds.
When TIME is 0, the watchdog gets disabled,
Without a parameter the watchdog will be re-triggered.
